Josh runs Thermal Services today and is the name neighbors pass along on Nextdoor: "ask for Josh." He holds associate degrees in HVAC and in Construction Management, and he's the one who picks up the phone.

Thermal Services is a small, family-owned heating and air company based in Rock Hill. Big enough to have a crew and handle full system replacements; small enough that you know who's coming to your house.

Thermal Services, Inc. has served homeowners in the Carolinas since 1990. What started as a family business in the greater Charlotte region is still exactly that, now based in Rock Hill and serving Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land and the communities around them.
Our mission, in the words we've used for years: "Our mission is to serve our clients with knowledge, trustworthy advice, and compassion! We treat every client like family!"
We do residential heating and air conditioning: repairs, maintenance, and system replacements, for homeowners and for landlords who own more than one property. We're not a call center. When you call, you talk to us.
